    邦比诺的千层面

    那日与Lenn到冠亚附近,发现美食街竟不知不觉间闹腾起来,古代饭堂、香草美匙纷纷落地开了分店,一个赛一个的平价,以至于邦比诺只得把菜单中最最便宜的主餐——意面——推出来搞了个活动:“我爱意面”。张望了下,门口海报陈列着相当可口的千层面,当即发短信给PP约下回做脸前去尝尝。
    周六上午十一时,应是邦比诺的首批客人。芋泥鸡肉沙拉、番茄蓝纹奶酪意大利面和千层面。等了约十五分钟,上了份意面。拧眉问前菜呢?小弟抱歉地解释做前菜的师傅还未到,已经电话去催,但至少先上了道菜。真是中国式的实在。
    芋泥鸡肉沙拉别处吃不到,很有巧思;蓝纹奶酪的味道略吃得出来但不够重,与其它番茄芝士意面就无差别了;千层面奶香浓郁且用料十足,到底是接近50大洋一份。算是我吃过的千层面中较难忘的。
     
    吃过好几回邦比诺,感觉都一般。并非菜做的不好。店装修得冷,厨房不知是过于认真还是人手不够,上菜极慢,偏一套正餐又冗长:前冷菜、前热菜、汤、主菜A、主菜B、甜点。吃着吃着人和菜都冷了,怎样好味都失了品尝的耐性。
    想起以前读《普洛旺斯》系列,小饭馆里胖胖的店主咂着嘴巴,挨个舔过手指细数当晚美食,端着菜盘艰难挤过餐桌餐椅,大厅人声鼎沸,大家一边往嘴巴里塞一边期待着下道菜。这样的场景,不必描绘美食就能让人垂涎欲滴。
